How long until I get the finished brand?+
7–10 working days from the kick-off call, on the standard package. Most clients have their full identity in week two. Faster turnarounds are sometimes possible — ask during the discovery call.
What's actually included in the £1,500?+
All eight deliverables on this page — logo, colour, typography, brand guidelines PDF, social media assets, business card, email signature template, and 30 days of post-launch support. No add-ons, no surprises. If your project needs more (landing page, packaging, extra social content), we'll quote those as add-ons after the discovery call.
What if I don't love the first round of logos?+
You get three concepts in round one, then unlimited revisions on the one you choose until you approve it. That's the Logo Approval Guarantee — if we genuinely can't land on something you're proud of within scope, you don't pay the final invoice.
How does payment work?+
A 50% deposit secures your slot in the calendar. The remaining 50% is invoiced on delivery. UK bank transfer or Stripe. VAT is added at the standard rate.
Will I work with you directly, or with a junior?+
Directly with me, start to finish. No account managers, no hand-offs to juniors. That's the whole reason the studio caps at two projects per month.
Can you work outside the UK?+
Yes. Most clients are UK-based but we've shipped projects across the GCC, EU and US. All meetings happen on Google Meet.
