Sales Brochure Design for Alexander H. Karakas (Austria)
Project overview
Alexander H. Karakas needed a German-language sales brochure that feels premium, reads fast, and guides prospects to the next step.
No noise. No corporate filler. Just a brochure built for clarity, trust, and meeting bookings.
The challenge
The content had to work in two modes:
Skim mode on first read
Decision mode when someone checks details before booking
That meant every panel needed a job. Every line needed a reason.
What I did
I built a brochure system around one goal: make the offer easy to understand and easy to act on.
Structure first: the fold dictates the story
Messaging hierarchy: headline → proof → process → call to action
Brand assets: wordmark + monogram that stay readable at small sizes
Layout rules: consistent spacing, grid discipline, repeatable templates
The brochure system
This is not “a single design.” It’s a system you can reuse.
Cover: instant positioning and tone
Inside spread: step-by-step logic with visual breathing room
CTA panels: clear contact and next action
Flexible layouts: folded and unfolded views stay consistent
Deliverables
Print-ready brochure layout (folded + unfolded logic)
Wordmark lockup + AK monogram tile
Interior spread templates for future updates
Mockups for presentation and rollout
Outcome
The final brochure reads in minutes.
It stays consistent across formats.
It supports sales conversations instead of replacing them.
Why this format works
People don’t book after they “like the design.” They book after they understand the offer and feel safe acting on it.
If you want the same outcome
If you sell a service in Europe and your marketing feels unclear, I can turn your offer into a brochure system that converts.
Send me your current brochure (or a draft) and tell me your target client.
