Overview

As Head of Marketing and Communications at Glory Capital Investment (GCI), I led high-impact marketing initiatives that helped scale our startup portfolio to 10M AED in value. My role extended beyond the UAE, as I managed our expansion into Russia and Kazakhstan, launched cross-border investor campaigns, and built trusted partnerships with major developers including Emaar, Aldar, Binghatti, and DMAC. This work positioned GCI as a forward-thinking player in the real estate investment and startup ecosystem across the Gulf region.

Strategic Highlights

  • Scaled a portfolio startup to 10M AED through investor-focused digital marketing and brand positioning.
  • Established partnerships with leading real estate developers including Emaar, Aldar, Binghatti, and DMAC.
  • Launched GCI communication offices in Russia and Kazakhstan, managing investor events and market positioning.
  • Built a GDPR- and MENA-compliant email CRM system with over 30,000 qualified investor leads.
  • Led real estate expos and investment activations across the UAE, Kazakhstan, and Russia to enhance brand exposure.

Instagram Video Campaigns – Real Estate Marketing in Action

As part of GCI’s content strategy, I produced trend-led real estate videos for Instagram that blended luxury visuals with investor-focused messaging—specifically targeting buyers in Abu Dhabi, Ramhan Island, and Yas Island. These videos boosted GCI’s visibility across the UAE and GCC investor audiences.

Formula 1 x Yas Island – Luxury Meets Investment

Leveraged the buzz of the 2024 Grand Prix to showcase Yas Island luxury listings. The video campaign targeted high-net-worth investors through emotional storytelling tied to lifestyle moments.

Ramhan Island – Waterfront Investment Series

Highlighted Ramhan Island’s premium off-plan villas through yacht-based lifestyle footage, which resonated especially with GCC buyers searching for waterfront exclusivity.

Noya Villas – Smart Living for Family Buyers

Produced a clean, conversion-focused reel for Noya on Yas Island, paired with geo-targeted WhatsApp ads. This was one of our most successful mid-market lead generation efforts.
