Tokify — Building a Blockchain-Powered Mobility Brand

The Vision
Tokify set out to redefine urban transportation by merging mobility with blockchain.
The concept: reward drivers for every kilometer they travel—transforming rides into tokenized, shareable value.
I was brought in to help shape Tokify’s identity, position it for Austria’s tech-forward market,
and craft a launch strategy built for community, trust, and long-term ownership.
1. Brand Identity & Logo Methodology
The Tokify logo was designed to be instantly recognizable—clean, minimal, and layered with meaning.
It fuses four symbolic ideas:
- The T initial as a foundation
- Circular motion inspired by wind turbines and dual-motor electric drives
- A subtle blockchain grid to signal trust and decentralization
- Forms evoking movement, energy, and connection

3. Social Media & Influencer Rollout
To support Tokify’s rollout in Vienna, I brought in a team to handle:
- Content production and post scheduling across Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
- Influencer partnerships with local tech creators and early-stage Web3 advocates
- A targeted narrative built around fairness, transparency, and future ownership
This generated early traction among both driver communities and crypto-curious audiences.
4. Ecosystem & Tokenomics
Beyond visuals, I helped co-develop the white paper and token economy. Key elements included:
- The Drive2Earn model for token rewards
- Mining Wallets for real-time tracking
- Franchise-level incentives through the Franchise Wallet model
This architecture formed the core of Tokify’s scalable business model and equity-sharing vision.
Outcome
Tokify launched its pilot in Vienna with strong media coverage and growing user interest.
The platform successfully bridged mobility and decentralization, offering riders and drivers not just a service—but a stake in its future.
A mobility brand built for trust, movement, and ownership—one kilometer at a time.
