Overview
XMPL is Oman’s pioneering athleisure brand created for the empowered, modern woman across the Gulf. Over a 7-month timeline, I led the complete brand development and launch—from strategy to execution—positioning the label for expansion into the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and beyond.
The project involved crafting a bold, minimalist brand identity aligned with values of strength and self-expression. Paired with a cross-platform launch strategy, XMPL’s debut was anchored in a clear, resonant message: Breathe. Believe. Achieve.
Roles & Strategic Contributions
Brand Identity & Creative Direction
Developed a bold, minimalist identity grounded in movement and empowerment. Visual and verbal systems were designed to resonate with active women, combining modern aesthetics with a message of freedom and strength.
E-commerce & Website Development
Led the end-to-end build of XMPL’s e-commerce platform, delivering a mobile-first, conversion-driven experience. The site blended storytelling with streamlined UX, fully optimized for SEO across GCC markets.
Media Production & Modeling
Directed an outdoor ghost-style shoot in Oman, producing a dynamic, lifestyle-focused campaign. Oversaw model selection, styling, and location to reflect the brand’s inclusive, feminist values.
Social Media Strategy & Content
Crafted and launched a multi-channel social strategy for Instagram and TikTok, focused on self-expression and community engagement. Content pillars were built around storytelling, movement, and real-world inspiration.
Brand Activation & Market Launch
Executed a full brand launch in Oman with scalable strategies aimed at the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Integrated influencer outreach, product storytelling, and digital activation to generate traction and awareness from day one.
